At this point in time Peter had to decide whether to continue his active career as a Chef or to concentrate on the consultancy business. Peter made the decision and intensified his activities in Consultancy, Marketing and Publishing Business.
He designed new Restaurant products and concepts, reorganized restaurants, and entire gastronomy departments of Hotel chains. Also, he developed food products for the industry, designed new porcelain for Bauscher and organized Marketing events for Rosenthal.
He created new products for the food industry and worked out marketing campaigns.
Peter Bührer was also a consultant for the Restaurant concepts of the Swiss Expo in 2001. He worked for food producers such as Hiestand, Thomy, Kambly and many others.
He invented new solutions and concepts for real estate owners to improve their asset managment.
In the year 2000, Art Events became a new activity field. One of the profound projects was the painting of FC Bayern München, for their 100 year anniversary with the New York artist James Rizzi.
He has been and still is famous for his unconventional ideas and cross-over methods.
